Canceling an Order
Orders can be canceled as long as they haven’t shipped or entered the production phase. Canceled orders will be fully refunded. If the item is already on its way, cancellation isn’t possible.

Return Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return. The returned item must be in new condition, in its original box or packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase. Items must not be sent back to the manufacturer.
Customers will incur only one shipping fee and are exempt from any restocking charges.

Refunds
After we inspect your returned item, we’ll send a confirmation email regarding your refund status. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method shortly after approval.
